Stoves & Cookers
Here is a run down of the stoves that I use for all of my outdoor pursuits. I include a wood burning stove here as well, even though I guess an open fire is not that far removed in concept, both use natural fuel (wood). The reason I include a wood burning stove is due in part to the efficiency with which it consumes fuel, but also the fact that it allows for a contained fire, which is especially welcome in the dry months of summer, not least because it mitigates some of the fire risks, but I also find collecting wood for an open fire is warm work. You got to find the stuff, cut the stuff, transport it back to camp, then section it, and that all increases movement and consumption of calories, which in turn raises my body temperature, and in the summer I want to stay as cool as possible.

Jetboil - 3rd Party Pot Support
I have included the Jetboil in this section, as well as in the brewkit/solo cook kit section, due 3rd Party pot support, a feature which gives this amazing bit of kit additional capability and my/your camping more versatility. As mentioned above, I am big fan of cooking on gas.
